Lax seems to be made up of innumerable threads that weave and connect like a musical composition. The heart-shaped form is inspired by the tail, and the texture is rough yet glowing, reminding us of the precious beauty of Icelandic nature.

Even our unique packaging is inspired by Icelandic nature, modelled on an actual Icelandic pebble from Djúpalónssandur beach in the Snæfellsnes peninsula. The paper box is made from sustainable mulberry tree fibres.
