He loves Iceland, and arranged for us to stay just around the corner from their shop when we visited for a week, during which time they completed the setting and band for my engagement ring- unbeknownst to me! When it came time to get his wedding band, I ordered the matching Swan design in the men's model. I called to request a custom size that was not on their site, and they accommodated my request promptly and generously. It was shipped to the US within a couple weeks from our order. We were concerned that it felt a bit snug, and they immediately responded that they would resize it free of charge and send it back right away, for only the cost of shipping, which was very reasonable. Turned out that his finger was a bit swollen in the summer morning heat and the ring fits fine, so we cancelled that request. From start to finish, Aurum has made us feel well taken care of and so happy to have chosen their work. Vlada has been doing the communication with me via email throughout the whole ring design process and everyone has been so kind, so accommodating in offering their expert opinion throughout the process. The Erika ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings and ear crawler, all of which are divine. "I ordered earrings online (Erika and Falcon drop earrings, with the chain dangling on the other side). Product: I needed earrings I can wear with aviation headset (with nothing sticking into the earpiece or into my skin) so I choose those two drop pairs. Both are very lightweight, I don't take them off for night, nothing bothers me on the plane or while asleep. I love the oxidized silver material. Perfect length of the chain with very nice-to-have soft silicone stopper. I wish the Falcon's feather were double-sided. it's free-hanging (unlike Erika), and tends to show it's less appealing side. Also keep in mind that these earrings are smaller than they may appear from the picture: the feather in Falcon and tree in Erika are about 1-1.5 cm long. I'm going to order those bronze Falcons soon. Delivery: Order arrived within 5 days with free delivery, DHL did a perfect job notifying me. Outstanding. Packaging: like advertised, looks beautiful."

  The necklace I purchased was a piece of lava with a silver top on a silver chain. I actually bought two. BEAUTIFUL!! Photos don't do this item justice.
  The cost was very reasonable. Workmanship - superb! It's something for us to hold onto until we can go back in November - fingers crossed.
  The items were shipped via International Courier, I can't recall the name unfortunately. We received updates on the actual shipping process. Items arrived on my daughter's birthday yet they were not due for several more days.
  Questions were answered as we posed them to whoever answers the online questions. I am so impressed that I plan on visiting in person, when there, to secure some items for my two grand-daughters. I have no hesitation about suggesting this lovely jewelry store."

"You really must go to this place. My wife wears clip-on earrings. They can convert almost anything in a very reasonable time. They will create designs for you in silver or gold. Their available designs are beautiful. The staff is patient, helpful and totally out to make you happy. They have a great range of beautiful, reasonably priced jewelry. My wife is in heaven!
