Custom Design Guidelines at Aurum

We’re proud to offer customizations that make your piece feel truly personal while staying true to the design philosophy that defines Aurum. To ensure a smooth and successful process, please read our guidelines below:

1. Customizations Based on Existing Designs
   We do not create fully custom pieces from scratch. All customizations are based on our existing designs.
   
   
2. Minimal Custom Adjustments Only
   While we’re happy to make small adjustments such as gemstone choice or size, the core design cannot be changed. For example, we can create a simple band with diamonds, but not redesign an existing model.
   
   
3. Ring Widths Are Fixed
   Each ring has a specific width designed for comfort and aesthetic balance. This cannot be changed.
   
   
4. Gold Options
   We offer our rings in both 14k and 18k gold, depending on your preference.
   
   
5. Diamonds
   We can add diamonds to many of our designs and adjust the diamond size to suit your vision.
   
   
6. Gemstones
   We are happy to offer a selection of other precious and semi-precious gemstones and we can work with different gemstone cuts to create a piece that feels truly yours.
   
   
7. Deposit Policy
   A 50% deposit is required to begin any custom project.
   
   
8. Non-Refundable Custom Designs
   All custom-designed pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable. This includes the deposit and any payments made toward the custom project.
