How do your sizes work?
Sizes and sizing options are listed on each product page. For rings, we use the ISO standard, based on the inner circumference in millimetres.
You’ll find a ring size conversion chart on our Sizing page, and we also offer a ring sizer tool.
Where is your jewellery made?
Every Aurum piece is handcrafted in our Reykjavík workshop.
All designs are created by our designer, Guðbjörg Ingvarsdóttir, and brought to life by our skilled silversmiths, ensuring exceptional quality, balance, and longevity.
Can I personalise a piece?
We offer personalisations based on our existing designs, allowing you to make a piece your own while remaining true to Aurum’s design philosophy.

I saw a piece in your store that isn’t available online. Can I still order it?
Yes. Our Reykjavík store features a broader selection than what is available online.
If you’ve seen a piece in-store, simply contact us with a description or photograph and we’ll be happy to assist.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Sterling silver is a living material that develops character over time.
With proper care, it can always be restored to its original beauty. We recommend a professional silver cleaning solution, such as Silver Immerse Bath by Sambol, which we also use in our workshop.
Do you offer bridal jewellery?
Yes. We offer a curated selection of bridal jewellery and also work closely with couples to create personalised pieces for their special day.
Appointments can be arranged in-store or virtually.
Do you have jewellery for men?
Yes. We introduced a dedicated Men’s Collection in 2020, and many of our designs are worn across genders.
Where do your materials come from?
We work exclusively with trusted international suppliers.
Our precious metals are sourced from recycled and re-refined materials, and we use only lab-grown diamonds due to their lower environmental and social impact.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Invoices always reflect the exact amount paid.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged online purchases within 30 days.

Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes. Simply select in-store pickup at checkout and bring your order confirmation when collecting your piece.
