How Does The AURUM by Guðbjörg 5-Year Warranty Work?

We stand behind every item that we sell.

If your item requires repair, send it back to us and we'll repair or replace it for free within our 5-Year warranty period.

Outside of the warranty period, we are still happy to repair your item but there will be small charge.

You will need to pay for the shipping to Iceland and we will send it back to you for free.

Just one thing: when you send it to us please mark the package as "item for repair" so it will not get stuck in Iceland Customs.

To obtain warranty service, follow the instructions for the option below that best describes how you bought or received your item.

If you purchased your jewellery on our website

Send us an email at customercare@aurum.is referencing the email address you used when you ordered online and including your online order number (which is at the top of your order confirmation email). Our customer service team will then revert with instructions on how to send your jewellery back to us. If you can’t find your order number you can also login to your account to see a list of all your orders. 

If you purchased you jewellery at our AURUM by Guðbjörg flagship boutique in Reykjavík or from one of our resellers in Iceland or abroad

If you have an original AURUM by Guðbjörg store printed receipt, department store or reseller receipt or any other form of proof of purchase (such as a credit card statement), please send us an email at customercare@aurum.is with an image of the receipt attached, and we'll reply with instructions on how to return your jewellery. If you can’t find any proof of purchase, don't worry, we can still help.

If you received your AURUM by Guðbjörg jewellery as a gift

If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number from our online store, please get in touch with us at customercare@aurum.is, referencing the order number. Alternatively, if you did not receive a gift receipt please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. If you can’t get this from the original purchaser don’t worry, we can still help.
